"Well, I--" Juniperheart looked rather hurt at being put down so by a medicine cat. And being calld by that ridiculous nickname, which made her queen status practically nonexistent. She slunk back slightly, Goldenkit underneath her, but did not dare go any closer her other kit.
"Wha'?" asked Sunkit, looking confused. She, of course, could not have overheard her mother's conversation--even Piper must have had quite amazing ears to have heard of it. "Bad place," she informed him. "Evil." The grin crept back across her face. "You go there when I get you?" She lifted a needle-filled paw to clarify her meaning.

Juniperheart's face flitted with disdain for just an instant at the sound of her 'nickname', but she quickly wiped her expression blank and answered curtly, "I understand," which was a lie. Her grip loosened on Goldenkit, but she still did not come any closer to the...thing, the thing that was contaminating(sp?) her daughter.
"I get you," Sunkit repeated, as though her meaning hadn't been sufficient.

LightWing feeling cat sympathy somewhere in her childish heart mewed, "Nah I'm sorry Dearest Lollipop sunkit but he stays and lives. Ok?"
"Thank you!" Piper squeaked a rush of gratitude toward her, "Dos this mean I can stay with you guys? I can help with the herbs you know. I'm a MouseHealer. I even have the cheese to prove it." He stuck his hand into a furrow on his belly puling out a thin slice of cheddar cheese with blue cheese in the middle of it in a circle.
