Okay, I made this up as I typed it, so it might need some work.
Signs
For the kits, from birth all they know is the smog of the big city. The cars, the streetlights, the humans. The sidewalk. But for those who's lives were torn apart by the flooding humans, the only way to recover their past is to dream. And to do that, you must know many things that StarClan wants.
Blazedstar's now a proud father to one kit. Inside he is longing for the fallen kit that he would have loved, who had died during birth. The remaining had been named by his mate and himself. Duskkit for the only one, a maine coon like Blazedstar with his mate's eyes.
A few days pass, and StarClan's signs begin to unfold to Blazedstar and his mate. At nightfall, when the sky is at the brink of darkness on one side, and still light on the other, Duskkit's eyes become a white flame, and his pelt gets a black aurora. Blazedstar and his mate are in awe, however they manage to keep the growing kit in the nursery at this time. This seems to work, for the so called "illusion" doesn't occur.
A moon after the illusions begin, the next sign of StarClan occurs. Duskkit recieves a mysterious dream. He is in a forest, a lake beside him. He is in awe, for they have never been in this part of the forest before. Suddenly white cats all appear from everywhere. There are only a faint trace of past colors in their eyes and pelt; now they are only white flames and dew-sparkling white. He sees his youngest sibling in StarClan. His name was now Blackfrost, for his unexplainable black pelt. They had honored his courage when he had came to StarClan, never knowing the city. They gave him the chance to experience freedom, and allowed him to wander about in the free world. Blackfrost warns him that danger is near, explaining it in a mysterious prophecy. "Freedom is being torn away. Beware the one everyone trusts, and listen to the moon and sun."
He then wakes up and makes an attempt to tell his father, but he does not listen and blames his dreams on too much food.
Now he is apprenticed, and he still has no idea what the prophecy means. The illusions continue for a few moons more, then the next dream comes. Again Blackfrost tells him what to do, this time a bit more clearer. "Into the wind, into the rain. Follow the path leading to freedom and gain all the help you can. Bring your home back where it belongs, before it is too late."
Now he is worried. Once more the dream is blamed on too much fresh kill, and he still wonders. At the moment Duskkit is furious at Blazedstar, for his own father is keeping him indoors at nightfall and not even casting a glance at him after. One night, he sneaks off on his own, crossing the huge thunderpath and hiding out in the forest. He has never been there before, so he is in awe at everything around him. The same area as the dream.
There he finds three more apprentices his age. Dawnkit of ShardClan, who's pelt glowed white and eyes turned into white flame in the morning. Moonkit of ThornClan, who glowed a dark gray with white flames as eyes at Moonhigh, and Sunkit of ParadiceClan, who glowed orange at Sunhigh. They all were in the same situation as him. Now, Blackfrost and three other StarClan cats send them to sleep. Blackfrost tells Duskkit, "Drive out the predator and drive in the hunter." He is the first to wake up.
The rest wake up after a few moments and claim they all had the same dream. Together they peice together what their siblings all meant. Duskkit explains. "We have to drive the twolegs out by bringing our cats in."
They journey back to the Clans, only to find horror has already began. Animal Control was destroying the camp and making attempts to capture cats from any Clan. Duskkit now knows what Blackfrost's first prophecy meant - they all trusted freedom. Freedom would end if they didn't hurry.
Blazedstar and the other Clan leaders have no choice but to listen. They make an attempt to leave BloodlustClan where they are, and wander back into the forest where all of the twolegs are. Slowly, at the times of day and night the apprentice's pelts glow, they push twolegs back into the city, swarming on top of the vehicles and scratching the glass and metal. They hiss and bite and claw the twolegs, and on some vehicles pop the tires with numerous amounts of clawing.
A few days later, they realize it is a sucess. Now only a few twolegs remain, and they push them back. The cats were free! They all find their old camps and begin to settle in. For starters, the apprentices all recieve their warrior names. Duskwind, Dawnriser, Sunstream and Moonfrost.
